want to know the detailed procedure for the above? I read the procedure. i HAVE QUERIES 1) after passing the SPECIAL resolution within how much time we need to file a petition to CLB. 2)THEN BY WHAT TIME TO GIVE A ADVT IN REGIONAL AND IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE. 3) WHEN TO FILE FORM 23 4)HOW MUCH TIME IT USUALLY TAKES TO GET THIS DONE, IF ALL THINGS GO RITE.
THERE IS NO ONE TO GUIDE ME. PLS ELABORATE THESE POINTS IN DETAIL. i NEED EXPERT ADVICE.

1) Pass the Special Resolution and file form 23 within 30 days of passing. 2) Advertisement in Regional and English Language – One month before filing CLB Petition. 3) Simultaneously issue individual notices to creditors. 4) Filing of CLB Petition - after 1 month of advertisement and serving individual notices to creditors. 5) Filing of CLB Order with both the ROCs in Form 21 – Within three months from the date of CLB order 6) ROCs registration and certification within 1 month 7) File Form 18 with ROC of new state within 30 days from the date when the change becomes effective. 8) Usually takes 6 months'time.
1. After passing the Special Resolution, file Form 23 within 30 days of passing the SR,
2. Advertisement to be given at least one month before the proposed date of filing the petition,
3.After one month of the date on which the said advertisement is published, you can file the petition to CLB.
Please send me ur email ID and i will send u a brief note on the procedure for shifting the registered office from one state to another. That will satisfy all ur requirements....

WHILE FILING FORM 23 WE DO NOT NEED TO ATTACH THE NEWSPAPER CLIPPING? PLS REPLY. ALSO MAIL ME THE FORMATS OF RESOLUTION, NOTICE IN NEWSPAPER,CLB PETITION,ANY OTHER FORMALITIES.
