Change of registered office clause after filing 1a

GREETING OF THE DAY!!

A Pvt Ltd Company has filed 1A and name had been approved with Registered office in New Delhi.

But Now Company does not want to have Registered office in New Delhi but in Gurgaon.
Form 1, 18, 32 are not yet filed.

WHAT SHOULD COMPANY DO NOW??

18 January 2012 U have to file fresh 1A because there is no provision the re submission of the same.

19 January 2012 You have just taken name approval by 1A. Your registered office is mentioned in MoA, and not in 1A.

However, if gurgaon is at different RoC's jurisdiction (Hariyana RoC, instead of Delhi ROC), you have to file 1A again, otherwise not.

Form 1 is required to be filed along with MoA/AoA but form 18 or 32 can be filed within one month.
