20 April 2011 We have shifted registered office from Maharastra to Gujarat. Do we need to surrender existing IEC and get fresh IEC from Gujarat. Or the changes can be incorporated in existing IEC.

Please give procedure

20 April 2011 You can amend the certificate by submitting the application for amendment can get the detail procedure on www.dgft.gov.in

20 April 2011 YOU MUST Applying for modification of existing IEC number SUBMIT FORM ANF-2A IN DGFT office where mentioned in IEC CODE.

Kindly fill Part A, C & D of this application form, Only one copy of the application should be submitted. Each individual page of the application has to be signed by the applicant.
Application must be accompanied by documents as per details given below:

A-Documentary Proof:
COPY OF TELEPHONE / RENT AGREEMENT
ORIGINAL COPY OF EXISTING IEC. WITH

Demand Draft details evidencing payment of application fee in terms of Appendix 21B. “RS. 200” (No fee is payable for modification/amendment if such application is made in 60 days. Otherwise, a fee of Rs.200 may be paid in form of demand draft. No fee is required for inclusion of PAN no. in the old IEC.
