Dear Sir,
Recently our corporate office address has change from Prabhadevi to Bandra. Do we need to change the same with income tax department.

Yes, you have to apply for Data Correction in your PAN information. For that, you have to submit valid proof for the new address and have to submit it alongwith the PAN Data Correction Form.
