30 November 2010 please advise procedure for change of pan details.
is it required to surrender the card before the new card is issued.Then what do i do in the interim period

sINCE THE PAN NO WAS ALLOTED QUITE SOMETIME BACK WOULD THERE BE ANY COMPLICATION IN GETTING ANY CHANGES DONE
