Change of karta due to health issue

11 November 2013 We would like to change karta from my father to me because he is not keeping well.

Please advise procedure for same including draft letters/agreement/MOU to be prepared.

14 November 2013 Your father may give up his right in your favour or in favour of any other senior member than you, if there be any.

It can be done so, by reducing the facts in writing by the karta. In the simple form of a letter.
