06 July 2024 To update a company's email ID with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in India, follow these steps:

1. Access the MCA portal using your credentials.
2. Select Form DIR-12 for updating email ID and contact details. Fill out the form with your company's CIN, existing email ID, new email ID, and other contact details. Attach supporting documents if necessary.
3. Submit the form and payment online. Pay the applicable filing fee.
4. The form will be processed by the MCA, and the email ID update should reflect in the records. After approval, download the updated Form DIR-12 and acknowledgment for your records.
