when a assets is registered with the old co name, old company has not make attempt to change the name & take on record of property index & 7/12 with the new companu\y name.
is any legal action can be taken by the ROC? IS THERE ANY PROVISION?
CAN NEW CO CAN SOLD THE ASSETS ON THE NAME OF OLD OWNWERSHIP TO NEW THE BUYER?
Can it is avvisable to enter in to agrremnt of sale by the new buyer of the property from the new co (new co = old co ,only there is change of co. name)

Ideally, the Property card, 7/12 should have been corrected earlier on the basis of the new certificate of incorporation obtained pursuant to change of name.
However, even if it is not done, the company can get it transferred / sell it under its new name with a clear declration / clause in the sale deed stating that the name ofthe company has been changed from ..... to ...... and that a copy of the certificate of incorporations is attached.
