Do you mean first director name than it cannot be modified and for every appointment, name of director is not required to be included in AoA. Otherwise any clause in AoA can be modified by passing special resolution u/s 31 of Companies Act, 1956.

The problem with my co. is the Article was amended last year for the first time to include all directors name therein and it got approval from MCA also. Now, one new director appointed so we have to modify it again but now when we filed form 23 it declined by stating that there is no need of modification in the name of directors in Articles.If we are not doing it now our article will show a wrong information. Please suggest
