A private limited company has changed its name & altered the article Now what about the existing share certificate. Does company need to reissue the certificate with new name or can make any modification to existing certificate Or need not to do nay thing??
As your private limited company has changed its name & altered the article. In that case you don't need to reissue the certificate with new name.
All you have to do is arrange stickers with new name of the company and send them to the existing share certificate holders so that they can paste such stickers on their respective share certificate.

Alternatively you may also do one thing whenever you receive a share certificate from a shareholder for transfer etc. you can paste the same sticker then and there on the certificate.
We are a Listed company and following the same practice.
Please note a shareholder who is holding a share certificate with old name of the company is 100% a legal shareholder as far as his title is concerned.
