SIR I WANT TO CHANGE THE ASSESSEE NAME IN PAN DATA BASE WHERE WRONGLY MENTIONED MY FATHERS NAME WHICH CREATES LOTS OF PROBLEM.PLEASE ADVISE

You can also apply online on NSDL website. Fill the application form for change in PAN data base online, tick mark on father's name and get a print out of the filled form after making payment online. Than attach proof showing correct father's name with it along with other enclosures and send it to address mentioned on the form itself.
