16 June 2010 Company has failed to file Form 23 within 30 days sripulated time limit. Now what steps company has to take for approval of alteration of object clause in MOA?

17 June 2010 Form 23 can be filed even after 30 days by paying the additinal filing fees. There is no restriction on the same.
