18 January 2013 i want to change the object clause of a private limited company, what forms am i required to file in ROC
i have an idea about form 23 but some of my friend says to file 20A ALSO WITH 23 weather he is right?

18 January 2013 You need to amend your MOA and file form 23. Form 20A need not to be filed in this case.
