Change in name of a company before agm

07 November 2013 If a Pvt.Ltd.company gets converted into Public Ltd.Company , than what would be its name to be presented in Annual report at the time of AGM?? Is there any section specifying such provision??

11 November 2013 If you got the ROC approval of new Name before AGM then you can use new name in AGM and there after. The new COI will issued by ROC in this respect.
