17 December 2013 i am an article.plz someone tell me name change procedure.weather new certificates and marksheets will issue to me ith fresh name which are already issued. what will be the cost of that. weather i have to make changes in 10th 12th and university level also.

17 December 2013 No new certificates can be issued but after u apply for name change all the new marksheet and certificates will be issued.

you need to apply to icai via a letter with all the official documents evidencing your name change.
