HI EVERYBODY!! I WANT 2 KNOW ABOUT THE PRACTICAL APPLICABILiTY OF COMPANY ACT 2013. IS IT TRUE THAT PATTERN OF MCA E FORMS, ANNUAL RETURNS & DIRECTOR'S REPORT ETC. IS GOiNG 2 CHANGE? IF YES, THEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW & CLARIFY...THANKS IN ADVANCE
