sorry to tell you but you lack commitment, and that is very much needed in our profession or else leave the company but even the clients would not rely on you, c\sorry i may be harsh but this is the truth.
you can tell he employer about your urge to learn more and fast and give them commitment for stay for at least 1.5 to years or for a long term and stick and learn the work to your best
