Sir, Mr. A was appointed as Whole time director from 01.06.2011 to 31.03.2012 (Form 23 , 25 C and 32 filed ) , now company wish to change the designation of the director as Executive director with same remuneration as he was receiving previously.
What are the compliance to be made for remuneration to executive director ,
Is it Board resolution , special resolution or Ordinary resolution ?
Shall we have to refer to any limit for remuneration to Executive Director?
