We have Changed the registered address of our company wef Aug 2010. The Directorship was also changed and all the fomalities with ROC was complited regarding submission of form 18 & 32.
Now we are submitting Form 27A with the Income tax department for the second qtr., which they are not accepting as the address of the company as well as the responsible person name do not match with their records.
Kindly suggest us the formalities to get the 1.registered office address and 2.name of responsible person changed in IT records.
