Change in attempt after taking transfer

25 February 2014 i have taken transfer from my previous firm on 15th feb and had joined new firm on 17th feb. but i didnot take the stamp paper or do franking on d same date. i would like to know if my attempt wich is nov 15 will get delayed if i register on 25th feb

25 February 2014 If u register in feb probably ur attempt will not cjange just because of 2 days delay in re registration
.
Ur date of completion will extend by delay u made and umay aware that will final exam attempt after 2.5 years of articleship
.
So if ur articles started in 25 feb 2012(assumed)
Completes on 24 feb 2015 generally but due to delay of 2 days re registration ur completion date may be 26 feb 2015
.
So here u can attempt for november 2014
.
In short u can attempt in last 6 months of articleship which in other words completion of 2.5 yrs of articles

26 February 2014 sir does the articleship period start from date mentioned in stamp paper and after that only or it can start from a date before d date stated in stamp paper.

26 February 2014 sir plz tell me the relevance of d date mentioned in stamp paper. and date of joining artcleship.
joined on 17th feb but stamp paper is of 25th feb so my articleship period will statr from 25th or 17th.

27 February 2014 DATE OF START OF ARTICLESHIP MENTIONED IN FORM 103 IS TAKEN TO CONSIDERATION AS U NOT REQUIRED TO SEND STAMP PAPER TO ICAI FOR REG ARTICLES

.HOWEVER DATE OF START OF SERVICE IN STAMP PAPER ALSO EXPECTED TO BE SAME AS MENTIONED IN FORM 103

27 February 2014 Okay. So I purchased d stamp paper on 25th Feb can d date be mentioned for joining articleship be 17th feb on it. Or d joining date will be calculated from 25th.

28 February 2014 actually cannot execute back dated in stamp paers,,however do as u wish

however you will not send this form 102 to icai for registration of articles so dont worry much on this form 102 and provide proper date in form 103 and that is final
