Transfer of Capital Asset take place in the previous year in which it was purchased and while purchasing, it was liable to tax u/h IFOS (Difference between Stamp Duty Value and Purchase consideration paid) and now for the purpose of immediate transfer what amount should I treat as Cost of Acquisition for computing STCG.....?????
