plese explain the procedure of it?

12 May 2012 Debtors cannot be actually certified by a chartered accountant. However, in case of higher OD and CC limits sanctioned by bank, the bank requires the Stock and Debtors duly certified by CA. In this case, you can certify the debtors and stock subject to this statement you need to mention on the certificate.

"We have not physically valued the Stock. The stock and debtors figures are certified on the basis of unaudited financial statements and the accounts maintained by the firm / company."
