i have not received my certified copy till now and it has been approx 40 days...i have e-mailed at institute site but still i'm not getting any response from them.on the other hand the icai site shows that my application is under process..what should i do...

Please call up the examination help desk and inform them of your case, they should be able to respond to your query positively. All the best.
