Certified copies

I had submitted hand written application with DD for certified copies of both groups on 27th Jan'15.
Have also submitted verification of answer sheet for 1st group.
The guideline says that i will receive the certified copies in 30 days. But i haven't received any email uptil now, even for 2nd group.
What should I do?
