Company has deductd TDS from Foreigner under DTAA provision and submit the 15CA & 15CB to Bank. Now Foreigner ask the company Certificate for deducting the tax from him.
What is the procedure to issue a certificate to him for deducting the tax?
Please guide me....

Normal procedure. Issue certificate and mention sec 195.
