18 June 2009 Is there any difference between “Cenvet Credit Avail” and “Cenvet Credit Utilise”

Can anyone understand me who is “Input service Distributor” and how he avail Cenvet Credit.

Cenvet Credit Utilise”= duty debited by sales Invoice. or duty setoff
