11 February 2012 if a service provider before registration of service tax purchase sum capital goods and after registration at the time of filling st-return claim 50% cenvat from the said capital goods than he will allowable or not.

11 February 2012 you cant take CENVAT before registration of service unless you are having payable of service tax before registration
