Hi All 1. a pvt ltd. co. excise dealer, Can avail the input service on amc of software ????? amount is 1176 2.The ST liability is under GTA @30% is RCM. what should i do with the Cenvat credit on Service tax on Professional fees & amc of Software??????? how to claim it ???????/ thnx
