Cenvat of service tax deposit by us agst. transport payment

12 September 2013 If we deposit service tax Rs. 500 against transport payment. Please tell that can we take cenvat of above said Rs. 500 in our Excise book? We are registered with both, Service tax and Excise and submitting both returns.
