I have taken Cenvat Credit of 30% of Excise paid on capital goods while calculating my service tax liability last year. Now, this year, can I adjust my service tax liability with remaining 70% amount of excise paid on capital goods earlier.?????

Yes. you can, provided you have not claimed depreciation of the remaining 70%.
