Dear All

I have purchase a Gear box of imported supplier,and other material used to me a gear box and sale to other party. can i have take a credit of imported gear box.

20 December 2012 If importer of goods is registered with excise then he can pass the CVD and you can take the cenvat credit on the imported gear box.
