In case if the service tax payable is for individual, HUF, Partnership firm, then service tax has to be paid quarterly, in that case he can adjust the CENVAT credit with the service tax. The Quarter will be Jan -Mar, April-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec Based on your example, it can be adjusted if the assessee is as specified above
