Can a company claim cenvat credit on mobile bill, when mobile is not in name of company. But company is paying bill directly from it's bank A/c.

A similar query has been answered at Page No. J153 of Vol. 18 Part 6. It has been opined that Cenvat Credit is not available in this situation.
