Dear Sir, 1. Whether cenvat credit is eligible on Fabrication of structures & supports of machines? 2. Also whether small Works contracts services related to fabrication & structures as per our requirement is an eligible input service for Cenvat? Thanks.

Dear Sir, If the service provider is charging full 12% service tax (Not 4.08%) & if nature of service is just like bundeled services then in that case whether cenvat will be eligible or not?
