Sir, I am working in a manufacturing of shampoo (tariff heading 33051090) company. our company in 2P and manufacturing for hindustan unilever. we purchase dove shampoo sachet(tariff heading 33051090) from other party and paid the excise duty. we sell this sachet with our other finish product free of cost (Exp. one sachet free with dove bottle), know my question is can we avail the cenvat credit on purchase item. purchased item tariff heading same as our final product.

You can take the cenvat credit of input even if you are supply these products along with another goods. You should consult with any professional.
