Cenvat credit on capital goods under cenvat rule 6 (3)a

19 August 2014 Dear Sir,

We are a manufacturer of Polyester Yarn and remove the goods under notification 30/2004 and 29/2004.

So the department can allow the credit on Capital Items.

Kindly clarify.
