Respected sir/madam
please guide me in a specific case where a main contractor pays s.tax @4.944( abatement 60 & 40 ) and sub contractor for the same work also pays s.tax @4.944% than the main contractor can take benifit of cenvat credit of s.tax paid by sub contractor ???
