30 September 2015 can we avail cenvat credit for supplementary invoice issued by vendor for prior (before)1 year.
means invoice date is 1 year old.

please guide me

06 October 2015 The buyer can take the cenvat credit on the basis of supplementary invoice but the cenvat credit will not be available invoice issued more than one year.
