11 May 2011 What is the current status of availablity of Cenvat credit for service tax on mobile bill.

whether the credit can be taken for Bill in the name of employeee but address in the name of Company.

For full amount paid or proportiante on the basis of usage i.e personnel or company use.

Can u provide the latest case laws /circular,judgement.
