If a company is registered under service tax as GTA can he availed credit of service tax paid on Telephone Bill ,Service tax paid to Clearing House Agent .

Company is engaged in Manufacturing activities .

15 September 2011 Since company is registered as GTA under service tax rules & engaged in manufacturing activities,amount of service tax paid on telephone bill, clearing house agent as well GTA can be availed as cenvat credit against duty liability whether excise duty or service tax.
