if material is directly delivered to job worker on the behalf of purchasing firm, can purchasing firm can cenvat credit as per cenvat credit rules, please guide me,

Yes but only after the processed goods reach the factory. Care tobe taken that the scrap suffers duty either in JW end or principals end.
