Sir I am a manufacturer purchsed some items after paying Excise Duty but my supplier issued a VAT/Retail Invoice. Can i take benifit of CENVAT Credit on basis of VAT/Retail Invoice. Please make a reference of the ACT or any decided case on such matter if any?
