08 December 2015 reverse charge mechanisum .

if bill is drawn for more than 3 months and payment has not been made to the govt for the same

can credit b availed or not

if wrongly availed should it b reversed and what r the consequnces for it

08 December 2015 Under the reverse charge system you can take the credit after duty payment.

09 December 2015 BUT SIR VOUCHER IS OF JANUARY AND AT THAT TIME THE RULE WAS PAYMENT OF DUTY PLUS PAYMENT OF INVOICE TO PARTY IS TO B MADE FOR AVAILMENT OF THE CREDIT
