Can any body help on this query.

Actually, my factory premises is shifting from one place to another place in same state.Whether i have to reverse the CENVAT credit taken on Plant and machinery.?

16 November 2013 Yes. You must intimate excise department for such shifting and must reverse CENVAT CREDIT.
