we imported capital goods from Germany to India by paying applicable Duties. Duty is ((BCD+CVD+EDU+SHE CESS+SAD) as per cenvat credit rules we can take cenvat credit on CVD and SAD.should we take only 50%on CVD &SAD or can we take CVD on 50% & SAD 100%?
