16 August 2013 A is a manufacturer, B is a wholesaler And C is buying ggods from B to use it in making its Data Centre. Can C claim Cenvat credit on goods purchsed from B???

18 August 2013 If B is registered with central excise then they can issue the cenvatable invoice and C can take the cenvat credit.
