if you availing the ssp exemption of 10 lacs, and not geting registered upto the limit of 9 lacs, then credit can't be availed. after 10 lacs you have to pay tax also you can avail benefit when you paying tax.
even if you get registration at 15 lacs, u have to pay old tax and also you can take old credit, but not for that period for which you not paying tax
