Sir our coal tar mfg factory is in Bihar. We purchase coal from jharkhand and pay service tax on carriage inward. As we are manufacturer of Coal tar, we have to pay excise on mfg of coal tar.
whether we can utilized input service on payment of excise duty on manufacture of coal tar.
