Please tell the procedure how to claim the CENVAT if the original and duplicate Invoice (Cenvatable Copy) is lost.

Xerox copy certified by the supplier rnage SCE and a delcaration that the supplier has supplied and not recived back should suffice. Alternatively ask for the triplicate copy from the supplier.
