18 October 2012 Respected Sir,

Can we get CENVAT of ACD ???

Eg. we are manufacturer of Brass Parts & we purchase consumable stores from First Stage Dealer , in his invoice there is ACD As Well as CVD , so now my question is can we claim both ACD & CVD ??

ACD means Additional Custom Duty or anything Else ??

Kindly do give reply as early as possible.

21 October 2012 Manufacturer can take cenvat credit of the CVD and SAD(Additional duty 4%).
